The Department of Nursing
provides direct nursing care and coordinates
other clinical services to attain or
maintain the highest physical, mental, and
psychological well-being of each resident
through assessment and individual plans of
care.
Continuing Nursing education
ensures nursing staff maintain clinical
competencies consistent with accepted
standards of nursing practice.
The Department also provides
clinical services in the areas of
wound-care and prevention, restraint
reduction, infection control, restorative
nursing, and pain management.
